Good discounts on used parts, knowledgeable individuals working with you and they price match.

Svantaggi

Long hours and need to have your tasks checked before being able to leave work, forced to push replacement plans to people, forced to push software sales when selling desktops/laptops, some managers are great while others are horrible. Not much room for promotion, health benefits are horrible.
