Sales team or account managers knit picks on other workers because they have a lot of time on their hands. Found an account manager always watching videos at work. Everyone thinks they are the manager so there are too many big egos conflicting in the office. Pay is low compare to other companies but this is a start up type of company, so they have a long way to go to make money.
There was a general feeling of community at this job. The staff was very kind and my contemporaries were really enjoyable to work with.

The management was sometimes challenging to work with and to get a hold of when you had an urgent matter and they kept loading me up with more and more work without a commensurate pay raise.
