Team leaders/ boss department change every 6-9 months, no stability. high skilled people are overlooked by political people with no knowledge. A core employe will always have the edge over you even if you clearly prove that you are right/better. Strong personnality are often put appart and not listened even if they are right. Left hand barely speak with the right hand.
