Great people to work with. There is lot knowledge sharing. Great opportunity to grow. Great working hours.

None I can think of.

Good place to work if you are entry-level or new to your field. Friendly co-workers. No office politics. Helpful senior level (non-managerial) staff. Solid work/life balance.

Pay is not on par with market. Modern day benefits like working from home option (even for one day a week) doesn't exist. Time reporting makes no sense to the employees as they are not shown the big picture.
