      Good place to work if you are entry-level or new to your field. Friendly co-workers. No office politics. Helpful senior level (non-managerial) staff. Solid work/life balance.

      Svantaggi

      Pay is not on par with market. Modern day benefits like working from home option (even for one day a week) doesn't exist. Time reporting makes no sense to the employees as they are not shown the big picture.

      I had a chance to work on some great projects with hard problems and rewarding challenges. There were a wide range of clients with many different problems to solve. MicroAssist gave me the freedom to explore different tools and technologies to solve those problems.

      Svantaggi

      Most of the projects I worked on were for Public/Government sector clients. While it does offer some nice challenges, it's not as sexy as working for big brands or hot startups.
