Long hours during crunch periods. Tight turn arounds. Phone calls in early morning and late night.

I found the company has excellent people, it is driven by a meaningful mission and provides a good working environment with good flexibility.

The salary is okay, but does not justify the long working hours that have to be put sometimes to get the project to move forward
