Very unprofessional environment. Lot of politics though it's a small company. Some of the old guys think they are gods. Some of them are in top positions just because of tenure and zero knowledge what so ever. Very arrogant and self righteous management. Will put you under the bus without hesitation. The HR department is a sham. They cannot and will not help an employee who is facing wrongful treatment and during exit ask what they could have done. It is such a shame and waste of time. Yearly hikes are a joke. They will force you to quit even though your performance is good because you don't meet their expectation of being a saint. They want to get involved more in your personal life rather than mentoring you professionally. Freshers can take your chances, experienced guys please do not waste your time even considering this place. It is a very fake atmosphere. The office space in general reeks as there is no power and back up most of the times. Insects and even bats have been spotted inside the office.
