Small office off Bee Caves Rd so it wasn't a bad commute to anywhere you needed to be (unless you needed to be on 360 or MoPac). Relaxed environment where they were willing to take chances on employees. Occasional grilling and food brought in which made it great and everyone got along. Pretty much everyone has their own office. Some great managers who really care. Aside from bad sales guys I've never seen anyone get fired, but read Cons. Pretty healthy work-life balance.
