Creative leadership is by far the most egotistical I have ever seen. Their creative director is awful, comes across as a nice person but she has been everything but. The HR is toxic as well. I have literally had her tell me that the company doesn't have to respect my time because they are paying me.
Having the misfortune of working here has traumatized me to the extent that it still affects my professional life til this very day. Having extensive proof of their mistreatment and manipulation, I was advised to pursue legal action, but decided not to. That's how much I want to forget I've ever worked here.
