      Company is flexible when you have to leave to go to a doctor's appointment. The company has good room for growth if managed properly.

      Svantaggi

      Boss hold grudges, tries to micromanage but does not know what is going on in the lab. Treats employees like they are in a third world country. Currently a very toxic environment.

      Great work life balance. Good experience for college grad.

      No benefits. CEO holds grudges and belittles his staff that no longer work for him. Toxic work environment felt like you were walking on egg shells around him. CSO was a better coworker and knew what was going on.Micromanaged the lab and only believed his input mattered. Low pay at 30k a year paid 1x a month.

      We're sorry your time at MPT left a bad taste in your mouth. 30k/yr is well below what MPT offers as compensation however, even for our entry level employees. Thank you for the feedback, we wish you luck in your career.
