Micro Management culture throughout the organisation and an absurd focus on managing people using their own internal CRM solution (read this as collecting data about what you are doing all the time). Contract Administration and negotiation of deals requires a huge bureaucracy to get things done. Has improved but still not easy for customers or sales. Centralised management and lack of team work and collaboration. Lot of talk and few actions. Would not suit an entreprenaurial or sales person that challenges the system.
