Great place to learn a wide range of skills. You will be noticed if you work hard and add value. I think the prior negative reviews didn't realize that and saw it an easy gig where they could coast. Compensation but you gain lot's of skills (if you choose to), which will make you more valuable in the future. That's a good trade off if you are early in your career (early 40s or less).
