Onsite facilities include a rock wall, free weights, basketball hoop, hockey net, and yes, a massage chair that employees are encouraged to use--on the clock--on the daily. Fast growth has meant growing pains. Systems are in place and are constantly being updated, overhauled, etc. (due to growth) which can cause strain on an individual level.
