No advancement: Almost every person in middle-upper management has been promoted from within the company.
Favoritism: As a medical device manufacturer, there is no margin for error. The best, most highly motivated staff members are trained, evaluated and promoted into supervisory positions.
Not professional/do not invest: The vast majority of staff members have been taught skills that have lead to advancement. High end manufacturing requires intensive investment in equipment, systems and constant training of everyone who works at the company.
