Textile industry is too difficult to work in the US. Manufacturing has taken a beating in US due to perceived value of low wages over quality and transportation costs.

At one time, this was the company to work for. The hourly employees stick together like family. The hourly associates are dedicated to the company.

Over the last few years, its been a steady decline in business therefore it resulted in alot of rumors to include non pyment for services and goods. Very few departments are working a 40 hour work week, thus resulting in a stuggle for them to pay their bills. Current managment seems to be "riding the wave" until the doors are closed. A lot of safety programs, meeting are non existent. There is no 401k retirement match, no annual reviews for hourly or salaried employees.
