5yWe welcome open feedback from our people past and present, so thank you for sharing your thoughts. Diversity and equality are undoubtedly important to our business, and of course there is always room for improvement. We have made strides in this area over recent years, with 40% of senior leadership roles now occupied by females – that’s across HR, marketing, finance and compliance. Further into the business, 36% of managers are female, and we employ people from all backgrounds, with 20 nationalities making up our total workforce. But we can do better. Your points on career mobility have been noted and discussed among senior leadership. It’s my job as HR leader to ensure that our business is seen to reward high performance and people who live our values, which is precisely what our leadership aims to embed throughout the organisation.
