- Relaxed pace of work for interns; not super busy or stressful all the time - Work that made a visible difference/contribution; whatever was worked on could be easily seen and changed for better results - Company culture is fairly relaxed from an intern POV - Reasonable mentorship offered; not micromanaged but still supportive

- The internship program itself is somewhat unstructured, but has become more coordinated over the last few years - Certain parts of the building are loud to work in or not well temperature controlled for employee comfort

Smaller company but everyone is friendly and helpful. Learned lots while there and really enjoyed the company.

Access to resources can sometimes be a bit limited but people are willing to work with one another to try and make sure things continue running smoothly.
