- Relaxed pace of work for interns; not super busy or stressful all the time - Work that made a visible difference/contribution; whatever was worked on could be easily seen and changed for better results - Company culture is fairly relaxed from an intern POV - Reasonable mentorship offered; not micromanaged but still supportive

- The internship program itself is somewhat unstructured, but has become more coordinated over the last few years - Certain parts of the building are loud to work in or not well temperature controlled for employee comfort

Smaller company, so you are able to work on many different things. Employees really seem to care about the company as a whole and wants success.

Salaries are not always as high as desired. Since it is a smaller company, there is not much room for promotions.
