Poor management, lack of technical support, lack of training, always looking for more 'flexibility' - but only from you, constantly trying to change job role/hours, poor staff moral, unhappy customers.

We're sorry you feel staff are treated simply as a "resource", however we don't feel this is justified given the value and focus we place on people working at Microlise. As you yourself are an indicator of, our average length of service is over seven years and we are committed to investing in training and development for everyone working at Microlise, supporting staff in achieving their goals. As you are aware, there are some ongoing business improvements taking place in your area of the business, which are being implemented to meet the needs of our customers. This is a necessary process, given the changing and evolving needs of our customers, which Microlise must strive to meet in order to deliver a good customer experience. However the HR team, and management within your area, are providing full support and training so that these changes can be made as smoothly as possible for everyone impacted. If you don't feel this is the case, or you'd like to discuss the concerns you have, we would encourage you to speak to either your line manager or the HR team and we will be happy to help and listen to your feedback.
