Pay, benefits, time-off program are all good for the area. Good people that really want the company to succeed. Corporate seems to want people to be happy, areas do not have the same beliefs and never apply the same practices.

Good ol' boys network trenched into middle management positions so either suck up to them or go nowhere. A do more with less mentality stacked with a results first, people second approach makes for poor morale which inhibits this company.
