-Challenging and extremely engaging work at the cutting edge of technology and physics. -Good benefits and compensation -Managers are given plenty of resources to take care of their employees (disability benefits, medical, extenuating circumstances, offsite business discounts such as free gym membership) Some managers go above and beyond to take care of their people who need it. -Community involvement with charity of choice, extra leave for volunteering, hosting river cleanups -Excellent response to COVID. Consulted by other companies on their methodologies. -Upper level management has enabled survival of the company in a tough business with foresight, compassion for their employees and sound strategy.

Svantaggi

-High variability in management skills and culture between departments. Some departments with a very toxic environment. -Very demanding and high stress environment due to aggressive targets and mismatched management skills. -No women in mid level manufacturing leadership despite availability of highly qualified and interested candidates.

Svantaggi

Little sense of community, lifeless office environment, dead-eyed and overworked employees. "Flexible work arrangements" in name only, as recent policy changes have significantly reduced effectiveness especially if you have a long commute or family life. Too much emphasis on unimportant buzz such as embracing diversity and inclusion is just annoying, but par for the course in today's big tech industry.
