If you have a problem with the color gray and with windowless rooms, you'll have a problem working here. -- Good Ol' Boys Club -- New initiatives are not given a chance to work and to become a part of the culture before they are replaced by newer initiatives. Management always seems to be looking for the next bright, shiny object.
