Satya's vision is translated by an area CVP to best meet the need. This is not always aligned or communicated well. When arriving in your macro level of your place in the org you are beholden to the CVP in situ. Poor performing CVPs are overlooked and remain in posts. Little to no real career opportunities. CVP suggested need for a continual change cycle with little to no comms, regarding the vision and no true detail on the execution of change. Many new middle exec/manager hires who are not equipped to drive change effectively. Lastly the employee feedback loop is broken, feedback is taken but no change is driven from the feedback loop.
