Smaller firm compared to other staffing firms

There are no pros besides some of the other poor souls of co workers who I met there and became friends with.

All management is toxic including the owner. They lie, are unethical, talk about each other behind their backs and just try to get ahead of each other. It’s truly the saddest and most depressing place I’ve ever worked. They micromanage and make fun of employees to other employees. The management has no management experience other than this company, have no skills and are completely unprofessional. They scream and swear at employees in front of the whole office.
