There are not really any pros for this company

It is a very hostile work environment. The president of the company micro manages the entire company. Instead of having professional conversations with her team and employees, she yells to the point you can hear her from one side of the office to the other. She belittles fellow executives and you do not know what type of mood she is in from one minute to the next. Company is constantly being sued by their vendors for not paying their bills and even previous employees.
