Good benefits. 3 weeks personal vacation plus sick days upon first working there, with more vacation after working there for longer. Willing to hire programmers with no experience. Great manager and coworkers. They let me work fully remote.

Conveniently located if you live in Blair. No commute to Omaha or Fremont.

Lack of vision and ability to provide clear direction for employees. Internal and external communication non-existent from leadership. Wages insufficient and have pay gaps that are explained by company being located in a small town. No clear path for growth or advancement.
