      The toxic work culture predicated by upper and senior management. No opportunity for advancement unless your boss quits. Management plays favorites that cannot deliver results. There is no company strategy and decisions are impulsive and data is scorned. Good people are quitting every month.

Brands like: Murdoch's, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, Big R, Runnings, Atwoods, Theisens, Orscheln, to name a few. Mid-States provides central services to these retailers and operates with a relatively casual or family yet results-based culture. Great people, great clients, strong financials and a great company led by a very competent, motivated and strong leadership team!
