The benefits are great and they continue to work on improving them. Added extra days of time off during COVID that are now permanent. Decent pay, the company looks at it each year and tries to keep up with the market. Has made some changes and gave increases mid-year. Leadership tries to connect with employees and listens to what they have to say. The company has been focused on becoming more efficient. IT is very hands-on in helping the different departments do so.

Some employees are carrying a greater burden due to open positions. Need to make sure these employees are recognized and rewarded for this. Some of this is happening, but it could be more consistent. Since COVID a lot of the company has worked remotely. Would like to see more of the leadership visit the properties.
