Many of the working, boots-on-the-ground employees/coworkers are some of the most kind and hardworking folks, made some great friends Upper management that had prior public-facing experience, great and grounded in expectations for public-facing employees

-lack of training especially for brand new to field employees -sometimes it seemed like they hired predominantly off of vibes than anyone's actual skills and capabilities, which got them hits or more often absolute misses -disrespect and disregard for many of the public-facing employees, such as safety and pressures faced with the public -unless they had prior experience, upper management were disconnected and out of touch about the public-facing positions -probably only running cause they takes advantage of the employees who overwork themselves/have poor work-life balance skills -very clique-y, felt like high school never really ended for some -discriminatory and biased -paid the lowest amount they could get away with -had more training and support from previous retail and food service experience than here
