Old, out-dated, sometimes dangeros equipment. *SOME* employees should not be working on cars. *SOME* are very good though. Midas expects their technians to pay for some of the tools that are "essential" that most shops provide such as scanning equipment. Overall, the attitude at most shops that I have been in is very low. The whole salary deal is based on how much you sell over last year, not gross profit or total customer units, so at times, some managers would do anything for a sale.
