Long….long hours on salaries with no additional compensation for more than the 88 hours on my hiring contract. When I left I was averaging 120 -135 hours per pay period. Lost all control of shop bay management by them instituting a call center. The call center hade a mandate to fill every available spot on the schedule regardless of staff on duty. They would book 8 wide on the hour with 5 or 2 people on the floor. No time for coffee, bathroom or lunches. If I missed the target for the day I would have to provide an answer why during to phone in 7 am staff meeting was a requirement every day. Praise was hard to come by but the constant beat down was too much to take. By the way… this was a top 100 store in North America.
