-Low Salary with a high volume of work -High expectations (No errors at all) -Chinese environment -Poor communication, poor leadership - bully culture -A single transaction requires multiple approvals - They just expect you to work as soon as possible without proper training -Horrible HR department -Very cheap Company, only $100 for snack per week. (Only cheap Chinese snack ;)) -work-life not balanced
