1yIt’s very disappointing to read about your concerns and we’re keen to discuss these further with you. We know that delivering a first-class repairs and maintenance service is really important to our tenants so it’s also important to us that our colleagues have the support they need, with tools and a working environment that enable us to achieve this. We recognise there are areas we can improve and having listened to colleague feedback we’re already making changes to support and increase resource in this area.
