Work/Life Balance, good benefits, half days on Friday. I like my supervisor and my job is very easy. Lots of professional development opportunities.

Training can be hit or miss - it's often about using your resources (who you know), so if you don't have any you'll have a harder time. Lots of teamwork - this can mean that you have to wait on other people's emails, calls, etc. in order to proceed with the next step in your project.
