The monthly All Hands updates in particular are as transparent as I've seen having worked in the sports and gaming industry for almost 10 years. At the same time, there’s a willingness to listen and adapt, which creates a culture where good ideas can come from anywhere. It’s also just a fun place to work - the energy is high, wins are celebrated, and there’s a real sense of momentum as the company grows. If you’re looking for a place where you can move fast, take ownership, and work with genuinely talented people, Midnite is hard to beat. Couldn't recommend working here any more.

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience with Midnite during my pregnancy and maternity period. From the moment I shared the news of my pregnancy, the entire team — especially HR — was incredibly supportive and understanding. I always felt comfortable discussing appointments, planning, and any adjustments I might need. One gesture that meant a great deal to me was the decision to complete my six-month probation early (after five months), so that I could begin my maternity leave with a permanent contract in place. That gave me real peace of mind and a strong sense of job security at such an important time in my life. It was a thoughtful and generous decision that truly reflected how much the company values its people. The company also chose to provide additional financial support during my maternity leave, even though they were not obligated to do so, which I deeply appreciated. Shortly after my baby was born, the team surprised us with a beautiful gift sent to our home, which was such a kind and personal touch. I feel very grateful to work for a company where people come first and where support isn’t just a policy, but something genuinely lived in practice.
