Vantaggi

Profit sharing after 2 years Office culture including company get together lunches Certification program with bonuses Promotion opportunities non-management employees get along for the most part

Svantaggi

Several tier 2 and 3 techs have left for higher salaries with less work leaving no availability for training on advancement. Direct management doesn't appear to have decision making power to fix anything. Organization and communication within the company is non-existent and changes frequently. Leadership does not listen to problems from low level employees about customer issues. Employee turnover and retention issues have resulted in major issues within the company, and is met with a "we'll survive" perspective but only causes burn out amongst the others that have to pick up the slack. Work from home 1 day a week is sub par in the tech industry as remote work has become standard and opened up many doors for experienced technicians to work for companies anywhere in the country. Promises that "it will get better" never happen.

Vantaggi

Small company so you get to know everyone pretty well. They pay for certifications and testing and offer bonuses for completing them. Offer bonuses based on profit once you hit two years. Opportunities for advancement exist but weren't always clear.

Svantaggi

The amount of work you do for what you get paid isn't where it needs to be, making it difficult for people wanting to build a career to stay. Instead of addressing this, the company went on with a "we'll get by" kind of attitude and just expected those that were left to pick up the slack with little to no compensation. Hopefully this has been addressed since I worked there.
