Great company benefits, ranging from medical to events. Midwest Express does a lot to ensure that associates have opportunities to do things with their families. It hosts company picnics at places like Cedar Point/Kings Island. They even gives vouchers for free drinks and a meal, pay for parking ; things most people don't think of. Holiday parties at indoor water parks with MANY prize giveaways. They hold "smaller" events such as Cornhole tournaments, 5K's, trunk or treat and many more. The 401 match, tuition reimbursement, learning opportunities are just amongst many perks with the career. They really put focus on providing quality services to their associates. You just have to take advantage of it! I've been with the company 10+ years and would not even think of leaving.

Company expansion has caused some manpower issues. It goes through waves though. Overtime. Some of the management needs developed. A lot of new people in management positions with little leadership training.
