Many people with good intentions who are just attempting to do the best they can and execute on whatever is the project of the day.

Starting at the top, this leadership team does not appear to care about the usual things like hitting sales targets, overall customer satisfaction (or employee satisfaction for that matter), churn, or - well - leading a team and setting an example. Unfortunately, since the culture is determined by the C-suite, this causes the entire org to not operate at a high level.
The CEO seems to relish interrupting employees, calling people out in front of others, putting people on the spot for no particular reason, and raising her voice - beware of this “culture” that does nothing to facilitate a productive working environment and probably goes a long way towards explaining the chaos at every level of the org.
There does not appear to be a clear path to profitability, market differentiation, or a viable exit strategy so I can only imagine what goes on at board meetings and how budgets are determined.
They say they want you to share your ideas that may differ from how things are currently done, but in practice, solutions that differ from what’s in place are not welcomed.
