The first months were rocky, but in 2023 they addressed some painpoints on staffing to clear channels of communication and it’s really paid off.

Thoughtful company benefits, like summer hours and wellness programs. Flexible hours, product perks. Lots of staff to trauma bond with. Seems like an excellent work environment if you are Gen Z, a bro, and enjoy snowboarding and camping.

There is a lot of ego and misogyny at the top of the organization. Plenty of good intentions for a mature, professional environment by the CEO, but hiring practices center on bros helping bros with Christian patriarchy undertones culminating in a toxic work environment, especially for women. No product testing is done outside of management's personal testing leading to faulty products that go on the market.
