The people are great and very talented. You can work for Mike for a couple years and develop technical skills that will help your career forever. There are many departments you can start at entry level and move up to something your interested in. Customer Service is the most important part of working for MTS and its hard to find that anymore.

Small business environment means juggling many hats. You might work in an area that you weren't originally hired for. Schedule can be tight for the entry level positions.
