Lack of transparency and proper communication. Employees being fired under the pretense of poor performance, when performance reviews indicate “exceeding expectations.” Poor management of projects leading to overwhelmed directors being rude and lashing out their frustrations on you. Salaries are below average and the expectation is that you work a minimum of 45hrs per week, but if you’re hourly based they won’t allow you to do over-time. Benefits are nothing but average and only cover minimum medical and dental.
