Decent pay scale - If you are a performer, then Money will follow you here 2. 360 degree learning for domain chaps - If you are a pro-active learner, there is NO end to learning then! Get your hands dirty man! 3. Highlight yourself - Being a small to mid sized company, there is a recognition of talent & skill for the guys who want to shine 4. If you are a person who loves routine, restricted & closed-box pattern of job - Either rethink about your goals or look out for the alternatives! To summarize on dislikes, below are the CONS which should be considered along with above positives; 1. Processes & systems - Although there has been a deficiency of processes & standards to some extent, but gradually Miles has been moving from deficiency to insufficiency. Hope to see it close to the benchmark very soon! 2. Pantry & other recreational activities - Guys in here have already talked about this, so I need not stretch much.
