Company keeps changing hr policy frequently, these policies are not in benefit to employees. Management talks about employee benefit but the reality is different. Company has dropped Diwali bonus. so don't get attracted to benefits listed on job description, employee perks and benefits are subject to change at any time and you might not get them. OKR is not released.

As an organization, we have taken steps to align our Rewards and Recognition program in our India offices, which includes our Diwali bonus plan, with industry standard practices. Our goal is to ensure that our rewards program is amongst the best for comparable companies. We encourage you to discuss the plans further with your Manager/ Country Head to understand how the new system will provide similar compensation or in some cases even better compensation than previous legacy plans.
