- Scheduling: I’m naming names, this business would be nothing NOTHING without Lindsey. It seems to be an impossible job and yet she (along with her team) somehow managed to work around crazy schedules like mine. As one of TWO people in my area, I am so grateful for the schedule I was given. - PTO/unpaid time off: believe it or not, it was a blessing that this company would allow unpaid time off. I can’t tell you how rare that is. It is normally “if you don’t have leave, you can’t be off.” With two kids that is just feasible sometimes. - Challenging: during my time at Milestone, I became a CER, videographer, trained in multiple departments. This is a pro for me. I always want to better myself and learn new things. I also liked how every day was different and for me that was something surprising.

If I’m honest here, of COURSE there were downsides and cons. Every single job has them. As someone who worked primarily remotely and never really saw anyone from the office…that would be my con. I wish I had been able to do and/or see more of my fellow peeps but totally understand why my location was not able to. This job is not for everyone. As you can see from other reviews, this job was not a good fit for many. If you do not like having a clear cut set of protocols to follow, do not work here. I personally do not think it is a con, but I know many that do.
