Highly unprofessional management. - Recensione dipendente - Operations presso Milestones Ranch

It is a privately owned and operated business. The typical protections and systems set in place for an employee at an established company does not exist at Milestones. The management makes decisions based on “energy” rather than system protocol. I would strongly advise job candidates to proceed with caution. The turn over is high and it’s likely due to people being hired for a specific role and schedule, but once starting the role and/or agreed upon schedule, they change it completely. The management feels no responsibility to holding up their side of the offer.
