Work life balance is low for all business units Slow promotions across all business units Noise issues in the office from the production floor are easily heard in all areas of the business Lack of fun or events for employees, too big of a focus on metrics versus people Lack of safety culture, employees are injured frequently from unsafe work practices and procedures Bathrooms overflow or are dirty or not working downstairs Snacks are paid, no freebies here Reviews are typically kept low even for high performers - Anything over a 3/5 is considered abnormal at the company which keeps people from moving up
