Nice team members, reasonable expectations.

Work gets a bit monotonous and limited career growth.

It’s your standard lab work for the most part. Nothing exciting but you get into a groove with it. Most of the staff are friendly and you’ll get on well enough.

Very poor management with few exceptions, little to offer in the way of career growth
