The favorites can violate company policy, even state/federal laws and get no discipline *Hostile work environment - lots of gossip, backstabbing, jealousy, competition *People who have been there 10+ years try to do as little as possible thinking there will be no consequences anyway *Very boring and repetitive work *Pay isn't that great *Little advanced notice if you need to work overtime or weekends
