This was my first internship experience and I learned so much with the team!

There were no cons to this experience

The CEO and senior leadership care about individual team members and invest in their mentorship and growth. They also set high expectations. It is a really smart, creative and collaborative group of people. Better work-life balance and fewer office politics than I experienced at other jobs.

As with most agencies, there is a lot of work to do at times, but a great opportunity to learn and grow.
