Now it's a family business, where decisions are taken with less rationality, there are people who'll never leave, for the property the brand is like a child, it's not only about results but also about having a very good relationship with those who matter. What does it mean? If you love all this you'll like it, otherwise not. Personal point: I'm not a fan of the social life in Annecy Area, but this is quite personal. Anyway the beauty of the town, of the nature around, is not arguable. I encourage people to work here, also Work-Life Balance is amazing. The company is small so career opportunities inside are rare, but you should not expect much more here.
